What we build
CalcStreet focuses on focused calculators rather than long funnels. The current toolkit covers mortgage payments, home affordability, rent versus buy scenarios and refinancing.
How we design results
We prefer concrete numbers, scenario comparisons and editable assumptions over opaque scores. When an input varies by lender or household, we try to expose it instead of hiding it inside a default.
What CalcStreet is not
CalcStreet is not a lender, mortgage broker, financial adviser, tax adviser or credit decision service. Calculator results are estimates for planning and education.
